Who we are

This website is run by RIQS – Ritvish Inspection & Quality Services, a division of Ritvish Services, based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, and your message. There are no accounts or logins, and we don't collect anything else about you through the site.

If you email us directly — for example to send a CV to [email protected] — we receive whatever you send: your email address and anything in the message or its attachments. We use it only to consider you for a role and to reply, and our mailboxes ([email protected] and [email protected]) are hosted with Zoho Mail.

How we use it

To read and reply to your enquiry, and to follow up on it. We don't sell your details.

Who else handles it

The form is delivered by FormSubmit or, if FormSubmit is unavailable, by Web3Forms. Both are third-party services, and each passes your message to our mailbox at [email protected], which is hosted by Zoho Mail. Each of them handles your details under its own privacy policy, not this one.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers.

Two things still happen when you visit, as they do on most websites. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers and Google can see your IP address. And the company that hosts the site keeps standard server logs of requests, which typically include IP addresses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for our business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond.

Changes

If this changes — for example if we add analytics — we'll update this page and its date.
